Administrator
- Directs the operation of the facility, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to the clients. Involves overseeing and directing the activities of all departments, performing marketing activities, and managing expenditures within and established budget.
Director of Social Services
- The Director of Social Services is responsible for the direction, provision and quality of social services provided for clients and families. Duties include providing case management services to address the psychosocial and socio-economic needs of clients and their families
Director of Activities
- The Director of Activities oversees the activities department staff. Duties involve developing, planning and implementing diversified individualized and group therapeutic recreational programs for facility clients, which fulfill basic psychological, social, physical and spiritual needs.
CNA
- The Certified Nurses Aide assists the Director of Nursing with the nursing care of the clients. Assists clients in the performance of daily activities. Ensures that all clients nursing needs are addressed.
Driver
- Duties include preventive vehicle maintenance, and the safe and reliable pickup and drop-off of clients on a daily basis.
Program Assistant
- Assists the Activities Director with the development, preparation, implementation and cleanup of the daily client activities.
RN or LPN
- Provides nursing care to clients in accordance with physician's orders and emergent needs. Coordinates care with other professional disciplines and providing instruction and assistance to clients, staff, family members.
