Administrator
- Directs the operation of the facility, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to the clients. Involves overseeing and directing the activities of all departments, performing marketing activities, and managing expenditures within and established budget.
Director of Activities
- The Director of Activities oversees the activities department staff. Duties involve developing, planning and implementing diversified individualized and group therapeutic recreational programs for facility clients, which fulfill basic psychological, social, physical and spiritual needs.
Director of Nursing
- The Director of Nursing manages the operation or the nursing department, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to the clients. Duties involve hiring, scheduling, approval of overtime, supervising, directing personnel, evaluating staff, recommending pay increases, training nursing staff and participating in related medical committees.
Driver
- Duties include preventive vehicle maintenance, and the safe and reliable pickup and drop-off of clients on a daily basis.
Program Assistant
- Assists the Activities Director with the development, preparation, implementation and cleanup of the daily client activities.
Registered Nurse
- Provides nursing care to clients in accordance with physician's orders and emergent needs. Coordinates care with other professional disciplines and providing instruction and assistance to clients, staff, family members.
